Job Description:

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc (HHCS) is seeking a proven Customer Success Manager and self-starter who can develop a full-scale VMS client expansion and retention program. The right person will have previous experience within the healthcare staffing industry and managed service, or vendor management solutions. This person will work with existing VMS clients to increase our brand awareness across all service lines and add services using EII VMS. Prevent revenue leakage and increase HHCS fill rates by partnering with our vendors to fill orders and increase EII revenue per client. Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Works with the Einstein II leadership team to develop, manage, and ensure all aspects of VMS utilization aligns with and contributes to HHCS's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to prevent VMS clients from sourcing contract staff outside of EII.
  • Ensure clients are maximizing the use of Einstein II (VMS) through continued education of program offerings.
  • Develop plans and partner with vendors to fill mass, urgent, and hard to fill orders.
  • Prepare and co-present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for each client.
  • Review, monitor, and report on trends with skill utilization, bill rates, and market dynamics.
  • Gain full utilization from VMS client by growing business lines.
  • Develops standard communication templates in a professional and succinct manner.
  • Prepares ad hoc reports to support clients and talent delivery, as needed.
  • Remains cognizant of industry changes, challenges, and findings; integrates industry issues for client benefit where appropriate.
  • Anticipates and recognizes bottlenecks in work processes between teams and makes suggestions for ongoing improvement.
  • Coordinates with team to define the measure of success for process improvements.
  • Balances several projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal error and without losing track of important details or deliverables. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
    • 3 or more years of relevant experience required (Healthcare Staffing, VMS/MSP, Account and or Program Management).
    • Experience working with large and complex healthcare/hospital clients.
    • Possess strong client-facing skills, and group presentation experience required.
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong sales skills desired.
    • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, always maintaining a sense of urgency.
    • Innate problem-solving ability and precision with details.
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
    • Adept at identifying and proposing solutions to various business problems.
    • Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate with all levels of the organization.
