Director of Technology Responsibilities

• Determine and achieve organizational goals for internal IT systems.
• Work with the CEO to develop cultural engagement to align with business objectives
• Analyze business intelligence and performance patterns and use that information to help develop business solutions.
• Develop and maintain a cybersecurity strategy reducing overall company security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in vendor management solutions and negotiating products and services with the CEO/CIO
• Bridge the gap between the CEO and the IT service manager, dispatch, and help desk service delivery.
• To develop, implement and scale our business processes and SOPs, as well as perform tabletops to build organizational maturity.
• Taking a strategic rather than tactical approach to solving technical problems and must consider business goals.
• Develop operational efficiencies in the organization by understanding technologies and trends.
• Candidate should have management skills in technology for five-plus years.
• Monitor KPIs to assess the technical performance of the organization's assets, customers, and services. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • A Certification - ensures a person can solve technical problems with a variety of technologies
  • Network validates a candidate's ability to configure, maintain and troubleshoot networked devices
  • Security makes sure an individual understands best practices for data compliance and security
  • Ability to work in the office
