Job Description Customer Service Manager Summary: The company is
looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to be responsible
for building and directing a fully functional Customer Service Team
which will ensure client and customer satisfaction at the highest
levels. The ideal candidate will have extensive, consistent
experience as a team builder in a custom manufacturing environment.
The candidate will act as the main point of contact regarding all
things customer service and will be super-passionate about
providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Build a
Customer Service team from scratch Train, implement and direct
complete customer service operation in a custom manufacturing plant
environment Understanding the technical and business aspects of
each client Providing answers about quality of the manufactured
products Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their
manufacturing needs are understood and addressed (phone/email)
Maintaining accurate clients--- records, keeping track of any
contract Acting as a main point of contact in all matters relating
to clients concerns and needs Resolving complaints and keeping
track of all processes that pertain to the client---s desires
Auditing invoices for accuracy Handling Account Management Quoting
prices to potential customers Collecting and Entering orders Liaise
with 3rd party vendors on order fulfilment Requirements: 5-10 years
experience in a Customer Service Management role in a custom
manufacturing setting 3-5 years handling invoice review and
reconciliation Confidence, strength of character, and clear-vision
for building, leading and managing a strong customer service team
Ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities Excellent
interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Strong
attention to detail, while maintaining a clear vision for the big
picture Strong organizational skills Ability to build long-lasting
and meaningful relationships with clients --- Salary: $100,000-
$120,000 per year, plus benefits, DOE
