The Regional Director of Security will report to Senior Vice President of Operations.Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and train a team of Operations Management, evaluate the effectiveness of these individuals in carrying out required client and Arrow Security objectives;
  • Oversee all aspects of the Regional Operations and the regional office including the Field Supervision and Tour Command teams.
  • Work directly with clients at all levels to ensure client satisfaction and retention;
  • Implement and manage Security programs at client locations.
  • Manage overtime, zero hour (attrition) and budget for the entire portfolio of business and provide recommendations for improvements;
  • Provide weekly reports to the Senior VP regarding operational issues and updates;
  • Oversee response and facilitation of emergency procedures through police / fire departments;
  • Facilitate weekly client meetings; attend after-hours client and tenant board meetings as needed;
  • Accompany Business Development in prospect meetings and presentations;
  • Oversee all new job start-ups, ensure contract obligations are met in accordance with Arrow Security guidelines;
  • Ensure completion of, and if necessary, review post orders (job responsibilities) for each client location/post;
  • Provide support and make recommendations to Operations Management with respect to disciplinary actions by proactively identifying, addressing and documenting disciplinary action up to and including final warnings in collaboration with HR;
  • Develop and disseminate all Operations Policies and Procedures in collaboration with the Senior VP and Human Resources.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Proficient in Valiant

        • Willing and able to work additional hours as needed to ensure responsibilities are metMinimum Qualifications
          • 5 + years' management experience
          • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the guarding industry managing at least 150 officers and a portfolio of at least 30 private clients
          • Strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills and experience in client relations
          • Strong preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and experience managing profit/loss statements and with client negotiations/collections matters
