professionally. RECEPTIONIST As a Receptionist, you will be
responsible for our Reception area. This role is client facing, and
requires excellent customer service, time management, multitasking,
and organization. You will greet all visitors, manage our in office
calendar & incoming emails, support attorneys & staff with clerical
and administrative request, and uphold firm policies, and client
confidentiality, and professional standards. We are looking for
someone who is detail-oriented and well organized, as our firm is
constantly growing. Your positive, can-do attitude makes you a joy
to work with for both clients and staff alike. While you are
organized and love the satisfaction of getting things done, you are
also a people person and enjoy interacting with colleagues
throughout your workday. Though you are self-directed and able to
work independently, you are also a team player who collaborates
well with everyone at the firm to make things happen for our
clients. QUALIFICATIONS The Receptionist serves as the first point
of contact for clients, visitors, and callers to the firm. This
role is critical to maintaining a professional, welcoming, and
organized front office environment. The ideal candidate has strong
customer service skills, a polished client-facing presence, and
experience managing multi-line switchboards and reception
operations in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
in a professional and courteous manner; manage client sign in
sheet; and announce every visitor. Manage a multi-line switchboard
and direct incoming calls to attorneys and staff accurately and
efficiently Manage the receptionist email account, and voicemail
box. Provide general information to callers while maintaining
confidentiality and professionalism Maintain the reception area,
conference rooms, and visitor log Coordinate conference room
scheduling and manage meeting logistics as needed Receive, sort,
and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Assist with
administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, and data
entry Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment for
front office needs Keep the Reception area tidy, and ensure a clean
and welcoming presentation. Requirements: High school diploma or
equivalent required; associate's degree or college coursework
preferred 2-5 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or
administrative role, preferably in a law firm or professional
services environment Demonstrated customer service and
client-facing experience in a professional office setting
Experience operating a multi-line switchboard and managing phone
coverage Familiarity with legal office procedures (client intake,
attorney scheduling, confidentiality protocols) preferred Strong
verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor,
polished appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills Strong
organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to
multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
and office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems) Ability to
handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Are
you able to prioritize tasks effectively? Can you function under
pressure from deadlines? Do you have excellent communication
skills? Are you flexible and resilient in an ever-evolving

WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
position. ON-SITE
