Looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our finance and insurance advisory firm. You will collaborate with and assist the sales and marketing team in executing new business accounts while managing the day-to-day administrative functions of existing client accounts. Come and join our team and have fun!Job Requirements:Responsibilities: Assist sales and marketing team on various administrative functions and report on progress Assist team with developing every changing social media content Produce and process various client services documentation upon request Assist sales team in performing client needs analysis Identify client needs, organize them into an actionable plan and execute the necessary procedures Assist clients with answering account questions and documentation requests Monitor, follow up on and manage multiple reports on a daily and weekly basis for business development Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals Extensive use of internet and computers for various applications, such as social media, web content, database management and word processing - Conduct searches to find needed information, using various industry software and social media - Create, maintain, and enter information into databases Prioritize, organize and track documentation set to specific deadlines in a very fast-paced environment Qualifications: Ideal candidate would be a recent graduate (college or high school), someone adept at learning new concepts and software, there will be extensive training provided Exceptional organizational skills as this is an extremely busy environment Proactive self-starter eager to learn new things - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects Perform in a VERY fast-paced deadline driven (but fun) environment Computer savvy Polished interpersonal and communication skills
