Bilingual Executive Healthcare DirectorWe are seeking a dynamic
and seasoned Bilingual Executive Healthcare Director to lead
operations at our growing healthcare clinic in Brooklyn, NY. This
pivotal role serves as the clinic's chief executive overseeing all
aspects of clinic management from patient care to regulatory
compliance and financial management. The ideal candidate possesses
a profound understanding of healthcare services tailored to senior
populations, a successful track record in clinical and operational
leadership, and fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English. This
position offers a unique opportunity to sculpt the future of
healthcare service delivery in our community.Salary: $185,000.00 -
$240,000.00 per yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the quality of care delivery and ensure staff adherence
to health care regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Direct and develop the clinic's management team, fostering a
culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance department to formulate, manage,
and adhere to the clinic's budget and financial operations.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key external
stakeholders including community service providers, regulators, and
legislators to enhance service efficacy and compliance.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with Federal, State, and local
regulatory standards and achieve successful outcomes in regulatory
audits.
- Engage in strategic planning and execution, pushing operational
excellence and contributing best practices across other
programs.
- Oversee marketing and enrollment initiatives to expand clinic
reach and improve patient recruitment and retention.Minimum
Position Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is
essential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health,
Social Welfare, Gerontology or a related field with at least three
years of administrative managerial experience; or Master's degree
with at least one year of similar experience.
- Five years' experience in developing and leading successful
healthcare programs targeted at vulnerable seniors.
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a health or
social services setting with direct involvement in senior care
programs.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex clinical operations
including full P&L responsibility.
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and
manage budgets effectively.Preferred Qualifications:
- Superior leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and
develop top-tier management teams and care providers.
- Extensive experience in managing clinical teams and achieving
high standards of patient care.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven track record of innovative patient care initiatives that
have substantially improved patient experience and clinic
operations.Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
and Mandarin.
- Strategic thinking with exceptional problem-solving
skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all
levels of staff and external partners.
- Proficient in the use of healthcare technology and corporate
finance systems.
- Adaptable to changing environments and able to manage multiple
