Job Description:
Job Description We are looking to hire an experienced Full Time,
Full Charge Bookkeeper. E xtensive Knowledge in QuickBooks,
ProSeries, CFS Payroll, Word and Excel. Salary commensurate with
experience. Paid Vacation and Holidays Responsibilities: Preparing
bank reconciliations Invoicing clients and customers Preparation of
Payroll Tax returns and electronic payments Preparation of Sales
Tax returns and electronic payments Scheduling and maintaining
staff Light secretarial work (answering phones, greeting clients)
Requirements: 7 years as a full charge bookkeeper Extensive
knowledge with QuickBooks, Word, Payroll Attention to detail Good
communication skills Saturdays are required during tax season
